The window

Eligible pieces may be returned within seven days of delivery. Please initiate a return by writing to [email protected] with your order number; the atelier will arrange a complimentary pickup.

Condition

Returned pieces must be unworn, unwashed, free of fragrance or marks, and accompanied by their original tags and packaging. Pieces returned outside this condition will be refused at quality control.

Made to measure

Pieces cut to your measurements, customised silhouettes, bridal commissions and any piece altered to your specification are final sale. They are made for one body. Where the fit needs adjustment after delivery, the atelier offers one complimentary alteration within thirty days.

Exchanges

Size exchanges on stock pieces are honoured subject to availability. Where an exchange isn’t possible, a store credit is offered, valid across the maison for twelve months.

Refunds

Once a returned piece is received and passes quality, the refund is processed to the original method of payment within seven working days.
